At Living Room Carpets Dubai, your satisfaction is very important to us. We carefully inspect every carpet before delivery to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are here to help and resolve it fairly and promptly.

Because carpets are large, custom-sized, and hygiene-sensitive products, our return and refund policy is structured accordingly.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The carpet delivered is damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong design, size, or product.
  • The item has a manufacturing fault.

To qualify for a return:

  • The request must be made within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • The carpet must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The product should be returned in its original packaging.

We recommend inspecting your carpet carefully at the time of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or made-to-measure carpets
  • Carpets that have been cut, altered, or installed
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
  • Clearance or promotional sale items

Since many of our carpets are tailored to customer requirements, we cannot accept returns based on change of mind once production has started.

Return Process

If you believe your carpet qualifies for a return:

  1. Contact our support team immediately with your order number.
  2. Share clear photos of the issue for quick review.
  3. Our team will assess the request and guide you through the next steps.

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or advise on return instructions.

Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect the returned carpet:

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
  • In some cases, shipping or handling charges may be deducted if applicable.

If the product does not meet return conditions, we reserve the right to decline the refund request.

Exchanges

In case of damage or incorrect delivery, we may offer a replacement carpet instead of a refund, depending on availability. Our goal is always to ensure you receive the right carpet for your living space.

Important Note

Carpets may slightly vary in shade due to lighting, screen resolution, or batch differences. Minor color variations are not considered defects. We encourage customers to confirm specifications before finalizing their purchase.
